Modified Anti-Rutting Agent
OLH-KCZJ
Stable quality. Easy to use.
Modified anti-rutting agents can improve the high-temperature stability of asphalt mixtures and the anti-rutting ability of pavement.
Main effect
Reinforcement effect: Since the microcrystalline zone formed by the polymer in the additive has considerable stiffness, it is partially drawn into plastic fibers during the mixing process, and bridges and cross-links within the aggregate skeleton to form fiber reinforcement. Due to the presence of polymer fibers, it forms a network in the cement, which strengthens the interaction and integrity of the asphalt mineral powder cement system.
Cementing effect: The additive is put into the mixing pot of the asphalt mixture, and is first dry-mixed with the mineral material at a temperature of 170~180C to soften it, and then the asphalt is continued to be added for mixing. The additive particles form a cementation effect with the asphalt to improve the performance of the asphalt. . It increases the softening point of asphalt, reduces the sensitivity to temperature, and increases the adhesion between asphalt and mineral materials.
Instructions for use
The application process of anti-rutting agent is convenient and simple. It is added directly during the mixing process of asphalt mixture:
1. The usual dosage is 0.3% to 0.5% of the asphalt mixture; (please refer to the design dosage for details); 2. When the mineral material is heated to 170~180℃, the additives are directly put into the mixing pot for dry mixing. The mixing time can be Add 2 to 3 seconds; 3. Add hot asphalt and continue stirring. The mixing time can be increased accordingly:
4. The quality control, storage and transportation of the finished mixture shall be carried out according to the conventional mixture.
