Because the processing temperature is as high as 210 degrees Celsius or above, the chemical properties are very stable under normal conditions and will not be corroded by ordinary solvents, acids, and alkali. Product Features:
Lignin fiber is divided into three types: flocculent lignin fiber, granular lignin fiber, and lignin fiber for construction chemicals. It has good toughness, dispersion and chemical stability, and has the ability to absorb oil and water to solve the problem of high temperature oil flooding of asphalt in summer. Strong and has excellent thickening and crack resistance properties.
Mechanism of action:
Lignin fiber can make the asphalt firmly form an asphalt film on the surface of the aggregate, and the asphalt film becomes thicker due to the action of the fiber, thus greatly improving the anti-aging ability of the asphalt layer and greatly extending its use. life. Wood fiber is suitable for SMA asphalt pavement, fiber-reinforced asphalt pavement, open-grade or permeable asphalt pavement, and cement pavement covered permeable asphalt mixture.
Instructions for use:
Recommended dosage: The usual dosage is 0.3% to 0.5% of the asphalt mixture (specifically implement the designed dosage);
Packaging: floc 20kg/bag, granules 800kg/bag (can be customized according to customer requirements).
Construction method:
The intermittent mixer can use manual feeding, and the entire bag of fiber can be put in together with the hot aggregate; the continuous mixer can use a fiber feeder to feed.
