Steel Fiber
Stable quality. Easy to use.
Steel fiber is widely used in underground factories, highways, bridges, tunnels, high-rise buildings and other fields. It can strengthen, toughen, crack and prevent seepage of concrete, mortar and waterproof insulation materials. The main function of randomly distributed steel fibers in concrete is to hinder the expansion of micro-cracks inside the concrete and block the occurrence and development of macro-cracks. In the early stage of loading (tension, bending), the cement base material and fibers jointly bear external forces. When the concrete cracks, the steel fibers across the cracks become the main bearers of external forces. Therefore, steel fiber concrete has a series of superior physical and mechanical properties compared with ordinary concrete. Specifically in:
@Has high tensile, bending, shear and torsional strength
@Excellent impact resistance
@Shrinkage performance significantly improved
@The anti-fatigue performance is significantly improved
@Significantly improved durability performance Compared with ordinary concrete, steel fiber concrete can reduce the amount of concrete by 30%-50% at the same strength; it can replace or partially replace steel bars or reduce the diameter of steel bars by 1-2mm; it can shorten the construction period by more than 25%, which is particularly suitable It is suitable for larger projects that require continuous and rapid pouring of concrete; it is mixed and constructed in the same way as ordinary concrete, without the need for additional equipment; its remarkable durability can reduce maintenance costs several times, which is an economic advantage.
The end hook type, milling type and shear type steel fibers produced by our company have been widely used in various key projects in China, with an annual production capacity of more than 10,000 tons.
