Cellulose Fiber

Cellulose fiber is made from a special plant species as raw material and undergoes a series of unique chemical treatments and mechanical processing. It is a new type of concrete durability fiber developed after chemical synthetic fibers. It has natural hydrophilicity and High strength and high model points. Because it is a plant cell that naturally divides and grows and is not artificially made, the surface has strong gripping power. The flaky monomer is easily dispersed into fiber monofilaments under the action of water immersion and mixer friction, thereby achieving anti-cracking effect and effectively improving the mechanical properties, freeze-thaw resistance and impermeability of concrete.
1. Mixing ratio design
The ordinary concrete mix proportion is designed in accordance with national or industry standards. Cellulose fiber is used as an additional component and fiber concrete is prepared according to the designed dosage. There is no need to adjust the concrete mix proportion.
